ORDERING A GARMENT
All garments are made to order. We do not stock any designs. Fabrication delays may vary depending on whether we have the colors ordered in stock or not (average is 5 weeks plus shipping).
Customer service comes first. Don't hesitate to send us an email if you need any help with your order.
SIZES
When ordering a garment, please send your measurements or specify size. We offer a made to measure service for no additional fee. If you are local to Paris, you're welcome to make an appointment so we can take your measurements in our workshop.

RUSH ORDERS
If you wish to receive an item before the normal turnaround delays, you may request a rush order, in which case an additional fee up to 30% of the garment price applies. Depending on the actual workload, the rush order option may be unavailable.
PAYMENT
We currently accept Paypal payments and credit card payments through Paypal (you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card) as well as bank transfers.
SHIPPING
France: Colissimo (express+assurance).
Worldwide: All items are shipped with insurance, registration and proof of deposit.
We are not responsible for any mishandling by postal services. Please DO NOT accept damaged parcels. If you do so, you will be the only one able to file a complaint with the postal services if the goods were damaged or missing.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES
It is most important for us to satisfy every customer. If for some reason you were unhappy with your garment, please contact us so we can work out a resolution. We can only accept to exchange or refund if contacted within 7 days after delivery. All enquiries for an exchange or refund after that date will be refused.
Garments must be returned within 2 weeks after delivery, unworn, in the same state they were shipped, free of silicon lubricant. It is mandatory to contact us before any return. We strongly advise that you insure your parcel when returning an item, since we can't be held responsible for any mishandling or loss from the postal services.
Please make sure to read carefully our advice about latex care (see below). We won't exchange or refund any garment that was damaged due to improper care.
Please note that we won't refund or exchange custom designs nor made to measure items, but we will gladly alter them once for free if necessary.
LATEX CARE
1) Latex is fragile. Make sure you use enough talcum powder or lubricant on the inside of the garment when putting it on and be gentle.
2) Be very careful not to get your latex garment snagged on anything, such as fingernails or jewellery, since latex can tear easily when pulled too hard.
3) Latex is a natural fabric that can be chemically affected by oils (excepted silicon, which is safe!), perfume, lotions. Do not use any of those before or while wearing latex.
4) When light coloured latex (white, pink, lime...) touches metal, a chemical reaction can occur, resulting in a permanent yellow stain. Do not handle coins, wear jewels (including piercings) when wearing your latex. Remember to wrap carefully in paper or tape any metal parts (buckles, eyelets) on your garment so it won't stain when stored.
5) To shine your latex, make sure to only use products designed for that purpose (silicon polish or water based “blue milk”)
6) To clean your latex, rinse it in and out under lukewarm water. Allow to dry on a wooden or plastic hanger, powder with talcum and store in a plastic bag. If you feel your latex needs a more thorough cleaning, use washing-up liquid to remove oils and stains. Be aware that your latex will stick to itself when all the powder and oil is removed, so handle with care. Hence, we recommend the use of Vivishine in the rinse water to condition and polish your latex.
7) Latex finish can be affected by heat, humidity and light. Always store it in a cool and dry place, away from light. We also recommend that you do not wear your latex garments for an extended period in extreme temperatures.
